Is AI actually changing your work, or just the talk around it?

Everyone in my feed says their job has transformed. Then I talk to people in person and most of them have used it to write emails they didn't want to write. I genuinely can't tell how much is real yet. For me it changed one thing concretely: I stopped putting off small scripts. Everything else is the same. What has actually changed in your day to day? Not what you think will change in two years.
