Why is HanuMan Ansh working when bigger films flopped?

Bigger budgets. Bigger stars. Wider releases. And this is the one that's connecting. A few theories going around: that the mythology gives it a built-in audience, that word of mouth did what marketing couldn't, or that it simply landed in a gap when nothing else was worth turning up for. None of those feel like the whole answer to me. So what do you think is actually driving it? And is this repeatable, or a one-off?
